00:14May lakas ng hangi na aabot sa 55 km per hour at bugsung na aabot sa 70 km per hour.

00:21Bahagyang bumagal ang kilos nito, pakanluran.

00:24Nakataas ang signal number 1 sa eastern at central portion ng Isabela,

00:27Pirino, northern at central portions ng Aurora, at sa northern portion ng Kataduanes.

00:33Sa latest track ng pag-asa, patuloy na lalapit ang bagyo sa bansa

00:36at posibleng mag-landfall sa Isabela o sa northern Aurora sa Biyernes, ng umaga o hapon.

00:44Ayon sa pag-asa, 2 hanggang 3 pang bagyo ang posibleng mabuo o pumasok sa par ngayong buwan.
