00:21According to the police, the 48-year-old man should be able to fix the cut-off cable
00:27when he is able to hold a live wire and electricity.
00:31He was brought to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
00:35In Iloilo, in the town of Pavia, a new-born baby was found in a vacant lot.
00:41The authorities are still investigating who left the baby there.
00:46He is now in the care of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office of Pavia.
