00:00From the 4th of November you need to book a time slot to visit any one of our five household

00:16recycling centres. Cars will be allocated a 15 minute slot, vans and trailers will be

00:23allocated a 30 minute slot. Please aim to arrive at the recycling centre at the start

00:30of your time slot. When you arrive, staff on site will check you in and ask you to provide

00:36proof of address. This could be a driving licence, utility bill, council tax bill, paper

00:43or digital. Once staff have checked your proof of address and registration number, you'll

00:48be able to park up as normal. The booking system means that staff will have more time to spend

00:55with visitors, helping to make sure that recyclable material is placed in the correct bay or skip. If

01:02you need help, please ask. What if you arrive early or late? Well, if you get there a few minutes

01:10early or late, we'll do our best to let you in or you can make an alternative booking. If you're

01:16late, you may have to wait for a slot that becomes available.
