Glass artist spills the tea on how to craft fantabulous 'Glass Cubes' for bag handles

In this spellbinding video, Joshua demonstrates the steps he followed to craft cute little cubes to serve as handles for glass bags. 00:00I wanted to make a glass bag with cubes for the handle. First I smushed a piece of glass into

00:06a rectangle and I pulled it out like this. I let it cool overnight and I sawed it into chunks

00:13like this. Then I ground it on this flat wheel like this. Polish it into perfect little cubes

00:20like this. Then I heat up a small section of the bag and stick on the cubes. I heat up each corner

00:28of the next cube and stick them on to make a chain of glass cubes. When it's done it looks like this.

00:35I also made one with a sphere, a cube, and a tube.

00:38And my favorite is this cute little baby bag with this baby little cube!
