00:36two franchises, it's going to sting to lose this one.

01:42I went to the game, too, right after Vin Scully died, and now I'm going to be there right

01:48The first game, Fernando, I was at the second game after Vin passed away, but I saw Fernando

01:53Valenzuela live a few times, a bunch of times, and in fact, I saw him as a rookie in 1981.

02:23when I lived in LA, I used to go to a lot of Dodger games.

02:26One year, I went to 62 out of the 81 games.

02:30Another one of the years, I went to, I don't know, 30, 40 of them.

02:35There was a year or two where I used to just go every Friday night.

02:37That was my thing.

02:38I don't know why.

02:39I'm going to Dodger every Friday night.

02:40I'd go to the Dodger game home Friday night game.

02:43One of those home Friday night games, I guess it was, what, June 29th, I guess, 1991, turned

02:48out to be Fernando Valenzuela's only no-hitter, and what's crazy about it, it was Mexican

02:55Heritage Night, too, so imagine.

02:57It was already sort of, the stadium was popping that night.

03:01Fernando was at the back end of his career, so it was always sort of special any time

03:05he pitched, and he freaking threw a no-hitter against the St. Louis Cardinals, and I was

03:09there, and I was a Major League Baseball post-game show host, guys.

03:13Hell, I even did color for a game, Expos-Mets, so I've been to thousands of games, like as

03:19a fan, in the media, like, you know what I mean?

03:22Never saw a no-hitter live, Scott.

03:24The only no-hitter I ever saw live was Fernando Valenzuela, and I was a fan, and it was, love

03:30this, too, final little plot twist here.

03:33I was sitting in the same section I'm going to be sitting on Friday night, the right field

03:39bleachers.

03:40By chance, that night, I'll never forget it.

03:42I was in the right field bleachers the night Fernando threw a no-hitter, and I'll be in

03:45the right field bleachers on Friday night against the Yankees.
