BNBR Konversi Utang Melalui Private Placement Rp855 Miliar

PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) masih melanjutkan konversi utang menjadi saham melalui penambahan modal tanpa hak memesan efek terlebih dahulu (PMTHMETD) atau private placement. Kali ini, perseroan menerbitkan 13.359.375.000 saham biasa seri E dengan harga konversi sebesar Rp64 per saham.  Nilai keseluruhan atas PMTHMETD ini sebesar Rp855 miliar yang terbagi atas pinjaman jangka panjang kepada Eurofa Capital Investment Inc (Eurofa) sebesar Rp750 miliar dan pinjaman jangka pendek pihak ketiga kepada i Silvery Moon Investment Ltd (SMIL) sebesar Rp105 miliar.
