00:11Venezuelan Minister of Interior Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, presented evidences
00:16against the former Major of Maracaibo, Rafael RamĂ­rez, about his involvement in the corruption
00:21scheme and announced that the investigations are still underway.
00:25He also informed the beginning of the corresponding legal procedures leading to the indictment
00:30and later trials of those involved.
00:33Cabello explained that RamĂ­rez belonged to the opposition Justice First Party and had
00:37to pay employees outside the payroll of the Majors office through public cleaning companies.

02:05Cabello also added that several other officials in the Majors office in Maracaibo were involved

02:25who are part of this corrupt mafia, who are part of this investigation.

02:42of Zulia and the municipality of Maracaibo, because people have tried to manipulate these
