00:03there was kind of a buildup narrative

00:06of this like Texas is going to handle or beat Georgia.

00:11And I just could not bring myself to say that that's a fact.

00:15And Georgia was five and a half point underdogs

00:17in this game.

00:18Everybody on game day all picked Texas.

00:21Sark was talking about the offense.

00:23And I just kept telling myself,

00:24I know Georgia might not be quite the juggernaut

00:27that they were in years past,

00:29but I get Kirby smart.

00:31I get a Georgia defense that's nasty.

00:34I get everybody picking against them.

00:36I never understood the narrative.

00:38And if I had made a bet,

00:40I would have absolutely hammered Georgia

00:43plus five and a half to cover against Texas.

00:47And I would have flirted with the money line

00:49and they handled Texas.

00:51They out physical them.

00:52They took care of them.

00:54They created quarterback controversy for the Longhorns

00:56and Texas that seemed unbeatable

00:58to everybody going into this thing.

00:59Suddenly people are going,

01:01who is the best team in college football?

01:03And I think Georgia personally took the mantle this weekend

01:06because if you're just observing best wins of the year,

01:09Oregon being Ohio State is great.

01:11They did it at home.

01:12Georgia going to Texas and doing that

01:15is the best winning college football.

01:18So it might be wide open this year

01:20and it might be very 2007-ish.

01:22We don't know who the best team in football is.
