00:00So today I am going to tell you how you can make a cake with premix.
00:05So I have already uploaded such a video but this was my 2 pound cake so I have shared this video here.
00:11Along with that, I have made it in a slightly different way and cut it in layers and showed it to you.
00:16This cake is very well made and ready.
00:19It is not that you will make a cake from scratch, only then your cake will be well made and ready.
00:24Premix also comes in different qualities and from different companies.
00:27So here I have used Pillsbury's premix. You can use any company's premix.
00:33But it should be of good quality.
00:35So let's see what all things are required to make this cake.
00:39So first of all, I have taken a plastic bowl here.
00:42Along with that, I have taken a weighing scale and two cake tins which are of 6 inches.
00:48Along with that, I have also taken a spatula and a brush.
00:52And along with that, I have taken a premix which is eggless.
00:56Along with that, our premix is going to be of vanilla flavor.
01:00You can use any essence in this.
01:03You can make a cake of all flavors except chocolate.
01:08So first of all, let's start the weighing machine and put the bowl.
01:12So here you can see our bowl is of 100 grams.
01:15If we press the tear button here, it will be zero.
01:19There will be no weight left in the machine.
01:22Now you will start adding your premix here.
01:25So friends, here I have used 150 grams premix to make two cakes.
01:32If you want to make a cake of one pound, you can take 150 grams premix.
01:37So friends, here I have taken 300 grams premix and its half water.
01:42That means I have added 150 grams of water here.
01:45And now we will take a spatula here and keep rotating it.
01:50The way we make any batter, we have to make it in the same way.
01:55You don't have to use any method.
01:57Just keep mixing it in this way.
02:00So friends, here you can see that the water and premix have been mixed well.
02:05Now I will use emulsion here.
02:08There are two varieties in it.
02:10If you want, you can also use essence.
02:13But here I have used emulsion of aroma.
02:18This is pineapple emulsion.
02:20There are a lot of emulsions.
02:22I wanted to make a pineapple cake, so I used it here.
02:25If you want, you can also use essence.
02:28If you want, you can use pineapple essence or whatever flavor cake you want.
02:34Now it comes to what is the difference between emulsion and essence.
02:40Emulsion has color and flavor.
02:45These two things work together.
02:50And our essence only works as a flavor.
02:54It does not give any color to your sponge.
02:57Here you can see that I have put a big spoon of emulsion here.
03:02With which the flavor will also come.
03:04And our sponge will be ready in yellow color.
03:08Because this is our pineapple sponge.
03:11That's why our cake is getting ready in yellow color.
03:17So friends, here we used one teaspoon of emulsion.
03:21I have mixed it well.
03:23Now we will use four teaspoons of oil here.
03:27So here you have to use refined oil.
03:30You don't have to add any flavor oil.
03:33We will mix it well by adding it.
03:36So friends, the texture should be like this here.
03:39It is falling in the form of a ribbon.
03:41You can see.
03:42You have to make such a batter.
03:44It should be a very smooth batter.
03:46There should be no lumps in it.
03:48So your cake will be ready by making it very good.
03:51Now let's grease the tin.
03:54So here I have put one teaspoon of oil in the tin.
03:58And with the help of a brush, we will spread it well in all four corners.
04:03So I have greased both the tins here.
04:06After that, we will put butter paper here.
04:08So I had already cut the butter paper in round shape.
04:11After putting both the butter papers,
04:13we will spread our oil brush over it like this.
04:19This way our cake will not stick in the tin.
04:23And the cake will come out very easily.
04:27So friends, if you apply oil and flour in the tin,
04:31then do try this trick once.
04:34See, the cake comes out very well.
04:37It comes out very easily.
04:39In addition, the side base of the cake becomes hard.
04:43That's why if you make it this way,
04:46your cake will be soft from the side.
04:49Now let's divide it into two parts.
04:52So here I have measured it and put it.
04:55So I have transferred it in about 220 grams in one tin.
05:00So here the batter has been put in both our tins.
05:03Now we will tap it so that the air bubbles in our cake will come out.
05:09And there will be no hole in our cake.
05:13So now let's bake it in a preheated oven for 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
05:22Sometimes the cake is baked in 15 minutes.
05:25It depends on your OTG or oven.
05:28You can check it after 15 minutes.
05:32So here you can see that our cake has come out so well.
05:37We will run a palette knife on the side of the tin with light hands.
05:42So our cake will come out.
05:44And how soft it is ready from the side.
05:47And as I said, the side part becomes hard.
05:51So here you can see how soft it is made.
05:54You can also see the soft brown part on the side.
05:57It does not look dark in color.
05:59So friends, I cut it and show it to you.
06:02So here you can see the softness of the sponge.
