00:04this cake is made of jaggery and looks very tasty

00:08this cake is going to be very soft

00:13so first of all i have taken dry fruits

00:16so i will take some almonds, some raisins and cashews

00:20along with that i have used mix color tutti frutti

00:24so friends first of all we will cut the raisins into small pieces

00:29along with that i have cut almonds into small pieces

00:33similarly we will cut cashews into small pieces

00:36so here you can see all our dry fruits are cut

00:40now we will take it out in a bowl

00:42so friends here i have added 2 tbsp tutti frutti

00:46because tutti frutti looks very tasty in this cake

00:49so here i have used it in more quantity

00:52if you want you can add it in less quantity

00:55now here i have taken dry fruit cutter

00:58with the help of which i will cut 3-4 almonds like this

01:02from this we will get long slices

01:05which we will use on top of the cake for decoration

01:12so i have used it only for almonds

01:15adding cashews will make it soft

01:35so first of all we will grease the tin

01:38so here i have taken 6 inch tin

01:40in which i have added little refined oil

01:43and now with the help of oil we will grease it with brush

01:48also here i have added butter paper

01:51on top of it also we will spread oil with brush

01:55so here you have to spread oil on all sides of the tin

01:59so that the cake will not stick

02:01now here we will take jaggery

02:03so here i have finely chopped the jaggery

02:07you have to chop it very finely

02:10so that it can dissolve well

02:13so here i have taken 1 cup of jaggery

02:18in that we will add jaggery

02:20also here i have taken 1 cup of curd

02:23also here we will add curd

02:25so all these things i have taken in room temperature

02:28you can take curd out of fridge half an hour before

02:34now we will add 1 cup of refined oil

03:10here i have taken 1 cup of jaggery

03:16all these things i have added in half cup

03:18now here we will add 1 tsp of flour in dry fruits

03:25we use regular flour at home

03:27i have used the same flour for making roti

03:31by mixing it well

05:05and mixed it well

05:07so the batter of the cake is more in ribbon form

05:10but our batter will be little thick

05:14now here i have taken a cake tin

05:17now we will transfer our batter in it

05:20if you want you can transfer it in a bigger tin

05:24my tin was little small for it

05:27but still my cake was ready

05:30so here i have transferred the batter

05:34now here i will decorate it with dry fruits

05:40so here i have added tutti frutti

05:43after that we will add raisins

05:46after that almonds and cashews

05:49and we will tap it gently

05:52so that air bubble will come out

05:54after that we will bake it at 180 degree

05:58for 20-25 minutes

06:01so friends here you have to keep the lower rod on

06:04if your OTG is taking little time

06:06then you can bake it for 5-10 minutes more
