00:09But I will not say that all of them are on the same page or all people do not understand that.

00:48So I would say this, when I go to Europe, when I go to definitely US, North America, there are countries which have understood this.

01:04There are countries who say okay, this is our interest, this is India's interest, let us find a meeting point.
01:11Now the unfortunate thing is that didn't get through in Canada or maybe the politics, the political compulsions overtook that.
01:23I mean as I said I can only speculate on the reason.
01:26So I would not say the whole West does not understand that their order will not work without us.
01:35You see we will all come to understandings, world is a very practical place.
01:41So they understand, a lot of people adjust, some do less, some do more, some do it in one subject, some don't do it in another.
01:50So all of that will happen, but it is just in this spectrum, I would say Canada is way behind.
