00:22Road re-blocking and repairs started at 11 p.m. on affected roads in Quezon City.

00:30Edsa Southbound, Fernando Junior Avenue to Lanutan, fourth lane from the center.

00:38Edsa Southbound after West Avenue until MRT North Avenue Station, second lane from the center.

00:45Edsa Northbound, Misami Street to Corredor Street, fourth lane from the center.

00:52Edsa Northbound, Quezon Avenue until Philom Footbridge, third lane from the sidewalk.

00:57Edsa Southbound, Balasangin Street to West Avenue, third lane from the center.

01:04West Avenue, Balero Street to Bulacan Street, second lane from the sidewalk.

01:10Cloverleaf, Edsa to Ebonifacio, second lane from the center.

01:14Cloverleaf, Edsa to Ebonifacio, third lane from the center.

01:20Commonwealth Avenue Southbound, Don Jose to Odigal, second lane from the center.

01:58On Monday, October 21, at 5 a.m., all types of vehicles will be allowed to pass through the mentioned areas.
