00:16The number of party list groups in Balota for the Hatol ng Bayan 2025 has already been counted.

00:21The Commission on Elections held a raffle today to find out the number of party list groups.

00:27This is the first time that Comelec used a digital raffle.

00:31Using a local source code, the party list groups already have a number within less than an hour.

00:37Comelec said that this is the best way to raffle the number of party list groups.

00:43The numbers are being counted in Tambiolo and it is not organized like this.

00:49At that time, there were no members of the Commission present.

00:53Therefore, if there is one or two, it is done in a small room.

01:01Of the 156 party lists that were included in the list, the first to be raffled was the four-piece party list.

01:07It was followed by PPP, Puwersa ng Pilipinong Pandaga, FPJ Panday Bayanihan, Kabataan, Duterte Youth, ML o Mamamayang Liberal,

01:16PBBM o Pilipinas Babangon Muli, P3PWD, Murang Kuryente, Bicol Saro, Ipatupad at Ibapa, and the last one, No. 156, Uswag Ilonggo Party.

01:29All party lists were invited to participate in the raffle.

01:32Comelec said that for those who did not participate, they will not change their numbers.

01:37Now, the party list in Balota already has a number.

01:40There are no more problems with early campaigning.

01:42Only those who will start the campaign will be invited.

01:45Not only to the party list, but also to the senatorial aspirants.

01:49We still respect the rights of everyone in a proper environment, even if others have already started their campaigns.

02:01Comelec will open the petition against the nominees of the party list.

02:06Next week, the list of nominees for each party list will be made public.

02:11So that if anyone wants to stop or complain, Comelec will accept it.

02:15The commission also asked that the raffle numbers be applicable only to the party list.

02:20Because the senatorial and local candidates will be arranged in alphabetical order.

02:25Meanwhile, there are some groups that appealed today in Comelec,

02:29after they were not included in the initial 66 senatorial aspirants.

02:33The commission promised to resolve the appeals and petitions for the nominated candidates before December ends.
