00:28And it's only now I'm really proud of my scars.

00:33They're really important.

00:35I never thought that you could free the shackles of your heart by cancer.

00:42By learning what it is to be able to talk right now, right this second,

00:47about how it feels to ask for help, to surrender,

00:51and to realise that everything is going to be okay.

00:55And you can find joy. And you can not worry so much.
