00:24According to the letter, Israel denied or impeded nearly 90 percent of the humanitarian
00:29aid being transported within Gaza last month.
00:32It also stated that evacuation orders have forced almost two million people into a narrow
00:37strip where they are at high risk of lethal contagion.
