00:00In total we've got over 180 signatures online and also a paper petition.

00:09We also have an additional petition that's been presented to us by the

00:13children of St Augustine School where over a hundred children have signed that petition.

00:19We don't know if their voices will be heard but they wanted to try,

00:23they wanted to join the residents petition in trying to save our library.

00:28And why is it so important to save Woodstone Library?

00:31The library is a basic human right almost.

00:35They're a place where people can come together, they can read, they can meet people,

00:40they can learn, they can educate.

00:42Libraries also do have a major role in helping with mental health issues for example

00:48and social isolation by providing a safe environment and a friendly environment for people together.
