00:18Well we want them to refuse these planning applications. We think we've got a very good

00:22case, and we hope they listen to us. I've always trusted the process here, and I trust

00:31that they'll do the right thing, and that is to refuse the applications.

00:46We need housing in the city, we've got a lack of housing in Peterborough. We've got 80 children

00:51currently in hotels with declared homeless, so the more people we have affordable housing

00:56for the better, so we are in support of this application if 30% affordable housing is approved.
