00:00The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission conducted raids on two more safe houses last night,

00:11MACC chief Azam Baky said that one was an office, but did not specify what the other
00:18place was being used for.
00:21He said that RM78,000 was stashed in the office, while around SGD74,000 was found at the other
00:28place.
00:29Yesterday, it was reported that MACC seized around RM5 million from a safe house linked
00:47to a politician.
00:50A source from MACC said one of the suspects arrested revealed that the safe house was
00:56used to store the proceeds of corruption.
01:00Azam said today that MACC would only summon the politician for questioning when there
01:05is sufficient evidence.
