00:00The two suspects were shot during the hold-up during the operation of the authorities in Rizal.

00:05The accused were members of a notorious gang and are facing multiple cases.

00:17The two last accused in the robbery were all refused.

00:20While they were still surprised that there was CCTV footage,

00:23they saw their faces.

00:2643-year-old Alias Edmond and 33-year-old Alias Bryan are now in jail

00:33for multiple robbery cases

00:35after the Teresa Municipal Police Station Intelligence Unit

00:39was hit during a hot pursuit operation along Zigzag Road

00:43from Antipolo to Taytay.

00:46According to Rizal Police Provincial Director Police Colonel Felipe Maragon,

00:50they were members of a notorious gang.

00:56Victims are now awake from their robberies.

01:06The security mode is that they enter the houses early in the morning.

01:12It's the wee hours.

01:15And they rob the victims.

01:18Maragon added that many cases were solved by Teresa

01:21until the two accused were caught claiming that this place was their hideout.

01:28But in their defense, they had nothing to do with the robbery.

01:32They were just there to chase the robbers.

01:35A lot of people are now shouting.

01:39Young people are also shouting.

01:41We are also in jail.

01:44The two were all refused,

01:45even though they were told that there was CCTV footage

01:48of their faces in August and September

01:51in the place where their operation was targeted.

01:53We just saw the CCTV footage.

01:57We were just walking.

01:59But when asked why they were opening the gate,

02:02they couldn't be silenced.

02:03On the other hand,

02:04the two admitted that when they were held up this October,

02:08they brought necessities.

02:09I need money for my house.

02:12We are building a house.

02:14But for the authorities,

02:16they were caught using the gun that was pointed at the victims

02:20and the evidence that they obtained from the victims

02:24and their motorcycles.

02:26They are facing robbery, theft, and illegal possession of firearms.

02:31The Rizal Provincial Police Office is calling on other possible victims

02:35of the Gapos Gang to report their crimes.
