00:00I've been involved with this race for the last 16 years and it's so important to be part of the

00:05community and bringing the community and the region together. It helps to spread Amherst Hope's

00:09awareness and we're really grateful because we can't do what we do without the help and support

00:14of the community.

00:16My name is Justin Osborne, I'm from Ketton Sports FC, Stamford College as well. I'm also running for Amherst Hope today.

00:35Marvellous, and why have you decided to dress as Father Clippers and the groups?

00:39Well, I was a goal last year and I've been a Parrot, I've been a Smurf, Buzz Lightyear and I thought

00:43I saw something on TikTok, it was Frankenstein carrying a box and I thought that's easy but no

00:48it isn't. About three days to make, okay, covering up. This is made of fishing wire and

00:53sellotape, that's what I'm sponsored by.

00:59My name is Valentina, my little one is Antonella and the reason why we decided to dress like that

01:06is because it was her first time running in a competition. So yes, she's a couple years old

01:12and I wanted to make her special. She's been such a little one and she's been able to do the race.

01:18For me, it's just like a very good achievement, so she deserves this, you know.

01:23We love carrying people out on the street, so it's just having fun.
