In Veneto stiamo realizzando lavori molto importanti, ma non bastano lavori di carattere infrastrutturale, servono anche di carattere tecnologico. Informazione all'utenza e la possibilità di dialogare con l'utente a bordo sono le sfide per i prossimi anni. Così Giuseppe Fasiol, direttore Infrastrutture trasporti e logistica Regione del Veneto, in occasione dell'evento ‘La tecnologia al servizio della sostenibilità e della sicurezza’, organizzato da Concessioni Autostradali Venete, nel contesto della terza edizione di Green Logistics Expo, l’unico appuntamento fieristico italiano B2B che mette in relazione gli Operatori Logistici e il Mondo della Produzione, della Distribuzione e del Commercio, presso la Fiera di Padova, in programma dal 9 all’11 ottobre 2024.

00:15The maximum attention we pay in the highway sector in particular is for safety.
00:21And so today, with the increasing volume of traffic we have on our highways, safety is the central issue.
00:28So technology can help a lot in this and also in terms of capacity of our network.
00:33Technology can help to use technology and avoid having to create new infrastructures or expand existing ones with further soil consumption.
00:43Because one of the objectives of the region is also that of the containment of soil consumption in the coming years.
00:48Safety on our roads is often put at risk by traffic conditions where there is both local traffic, which is very widespread in our region.
01:00Just think of the Padua-Venezia connections, which are two cities that are closely connected.

01:17And so this commission of traffic often creates safety and incidental problems.
