00:13This after former Intelligence Group Director, Police Brigadier General Romeo Macapas admitted

00:18he accompanied Maslog to the facility to gather information from Guo.

00:24PNP says no exchange has ever been made.

00:27Moreover, the PNP is investigating whether there was a protocol violation when Macapas

00:32brought Maslog, along with Guo's lawyer Stephen David, inside the custodial facility.
