00:34It will complement the comprehensive archipelagic defense concept.
00:37So, it's all-encompassing in terms of what it will help.
00:40Over and above that, it will also help our industries,
00:44local industries, to be part of national security as well.
00:48And the strength of this law
00:51is that it will help the economy of our country.
00:53It will create more jobs.
