Shipley pensioner: 'I blinged up my mobility scooter'

When a pensioner was left widowed almost a decade ago, she decided to do something positive with her grief to cheer others up. Adele Williams started her journey to ‘bling up’ her mobility scooter.   Adele, who lives in Shipley, said: “I just want to make people happy. For two and half years I couldn’t afford a microwave or oven because I spent all my money on doing up Tallulah.”
