00:17Due to her agreement with the U.S. Attorney's Office,
00:20she agreed to admit that she is one of those who arranged the fake marriage of a few KOJC members
00:26to some of her fellow U.S. citizens.
00:29According to the U.S. Department of Justice,
00:31Duenas also filed fake passport and other immigration documents of a few KOJC members
00:37in order to keep them in America.
00:39In 2022, the first to enter the plea deal was Duenas' accused partner, Maria De Leon.
00:45The former KOJC founder, Pastor Apolo Kibuloy, who is a member of their church,
00:51denied the plea deal.
00:53The pastor's camp is still trying to get the details of Duenas' plea deal.
