00:26The Metro ng Tubig is now in pieces.
00:29According to the owner, before the Metro ng Tubig was discovered,
00:33there was no water coming out of their tricycles.
00:36Some of their businesses were also affected.
00:39The police are now investigating the incident and the man was found dead in the CCTV footage.
