00:00You know, um, last year was one of the toughest moments, um, of my life, right?

00:06And it was humiliating and it was very, very, very public as public as you can possibly

00:12get, um, you know, with a breakup.

00:17And I, I think, you know, although it was really hard for me in that moment, so many

00:24people reached out and they looked at that and in their minds they were like, wow, like

00:32if Lindsey can get through this, if Lindsey can pick herself back up and, you know, accomplish

00:39everything that she's accomplished in this past year, then so can I.

00:42So I think it's mostly for me about, you know, overcoming the tragedy of it all and not letting

00:50that, you know, not letting myself be a victim of what has happened to me, but more so embracing

00:59that this is how the universe wanted my life to go.

01:04And, um, you know, clearly here we are, I'm pregnant and having, having a kid really soon.

01:11Um, so it all worked out and I think just, you know, it's as hard as it is in those moments

01:18to trust the process, but understanding that, you know, everything happens for a reason

01:23and that the universe does have your back.
