Lawmaker says House Quadcomm probes EJKs under Duterte administration in next hearing  Manila 6th District Rep. 00:00Well, on Friday, 9 o'clock in the morning, the main subject would be EJK.

00:10So here, we invited the non-government agencies like the Center for International Law,

00:20the Free Legal Assistance Group, the NUPL,

00:25and the relatives of the EJK victims.

00:30Of course, during the implementation of the war on drugs,

00:35particularly in Cebu City when Colonel Carma was the chief director,

00:50including one victim who lived in Tokang Survivor during the time of Colonel Lito Patay,

01:03who was the station commander of Batasan.

01:09Well, we're still completing the investigation, although for us,

01:16we already have draft legislations that we're going to do, actually.

01:24But the recommendation is that we're not doing anything about it yet.

01:29No, Mayor Osmeña will not be invited.

01:32But of course, Colonel Carma is the main witness here.

01:40And the relatives of our victims, I think there's three of them that will be appearing.

01:49Hopefully, because they were able to appear last time.

01:53But this time, we are asking them to really make an appearance.
