00:00The low-pressure area in the West Philippine Sea has continued to deteriorate.

00:05Northeasterly surface wind flow, or the wind from the north coast,

00:10is affecting the extreme northern zone.

00:14Meanwhile, this storm or tropical depression

00:18is outside our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:22You can see that it is very far from our country.

00:25It is located 2,605 kilometers east-northeast of the extreme northern zone.

00:31It is very far from our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:36You can see the cloud cluster here in the East Philippine Sea.

00:42It is like a trough of storms outside our area of responsibility.

00:50And in our current weather,

00:53the weather is good and clear where the sky is partly cloudy.

01:01Not only here in Luzon, but also in Visayas and Mindanao.

01:07Aside from the good and clear weather,

01:10there are still chances of isolated rains

01:14or sudden rains due to localized thunderstorms.

01:22And because of the drought,

01:24up to the exact time of our waves,

01:26in the whole area,

01:28we do not have a gale warning today.

01:31It is safe for us to go out,

01:34but we still have to be careful

01:36because of the resulting thunderstorms,
