00:00My name is Michaela Mills and I am the founder of Balanced Life. Balanced Life is a brand

00:11that's based here in Mid Ulster. So Balanced Life is a natural health brand and we focus

00:16on wellness products such as Irish Sea Moss Gel and Celtic Salt. Our goal is to help people

00:23with natural products that actually work and have no negative side effects. I believe we

00:27all deserve to feel amazing every day and my goal is to achieve that for everyone. The

00:32reason why I decided to contact Go Succeed was because I wanted professional advice in

00:37terms of managing and growing my business. I found the process of signing up to Go Succeed

00:43really, really simple. As soon as I got in touch there was someone there every step of

00:47the way to get me involved in the service. I found within Go Succeed the one-to-one mentoring

00:52was invaluable to me. She really focused on my finances within the business, how best

00:57to manage all the different roles as one person and that was just amazing. In addition

01:02to that, the grant made such a difference as well. I was really lucky to receive a grant

01:07through Go Succeed and I have to say the process was really, really simple. My mentor helped

01:11me lots with every single step and it was easily broken down within the application

01:16how exactly to answer the questions and deal with the project requirements. So in the short

01:20term I definitely have some business ambitions. I want to expand into other retail stores

01:26so at the minute I've already been able to do that with the help of Go Succeed. In addition

01:30to that I want to extend my product line as well. I would definitely recommend Go Succeed

01:35to others. I think any business at any stage, no matter what you're in, should definitely

01:39get in touch with Go Succeed for additional support. My proudest moment to date in terms

01:45of my business was really just establishing the business, to take the leap and go for

01:49it. Designing my own product, designing my own packaging and basically doing everything

01:54myself from scratch on a low budget. So yeah, I'm very proud of it.
