00:00The support of the candidates who received the Certificate of Candidacy in Cebu is their own gimmick.

00:05Despite receiving the Certificate of Candidacy, Cebu City Mayor Mike Rama is still suspended.

00:17Heavy rain hit the third day of the filing of the CoC in Cebu City.

00:23But it still rained.

00:25Here are the scenes.

00:31Supporters of some of the candidates rushed to the streets.

00:39Supporters from various barangays came to the scene, including the members of the LGBTQIA community.

00:49Their chants echoed.

00:53The Certificate of Candidacy was officially issued by the Mayor of Cebu City, Michael Rama.

01:02He will try again to recover the City Hall.

01:05He is accompanied by his tandem, PBA Legend and Councilor, Donaldo Dondon-Hontiveros, who is a busy mayor.

01:16We will continue bringing Cebu City, Singapore life with many more features.

01:26I was the Vice Mayor in the past.

01:29But the difference, I've learned from Mayor Mike Rama when he was Vice Mayor.

01:33In his way, protecting the Executive Department.

01:36But also, in a way, continue to lead the city.

01:42The CoC also invited their fellow members under the Barog Team Rama Party.

01:49In the town of Minglanilla, the CoC formally appointed Mayor Rajiv Enad to continue his term as Local Executive.

02:00The CoC also appointed the Mayor of Daanbantayan, San Shimura.

02:06But in Congress, he will run for the 4th District of Cebu Province.

02:1180% of the District is a Coastal Municipality.

02:19Since then, almost 6 years, there are no more programs in the Municipality.

02:24Because of that, people are giving up.

02:27So it's painful, especially in the Municipality of Daanbantayan.

02:30In Daanbantayan, out of the 20 barangays, we have 16 of the Coastal Barangays.

02:34Not just Daanbantayan, Boto, San Rimejo, Medellin.

02:37And the island of Bantayan is a Coastal Municipality.

02:41That's one thing, we need to have a representation in that committee.

02:47The CoC said that in the next few days, the candidature will invite other candidates, especially the incumbents.
