00:24Aside from the new Joint Panel that investigated the issues of smuggling and price manipulation

00:31in the basic goods and essential commodities in the country and the government's actions on this,

00:37House Ways and Means Committee Chair Joey Salceda already highlighted the themes,

00:42including the use of cheap rice, cheap meat, cheap fish, and cheap fruits and vegetables,
