00:05Elections or COMELEC to carefully examine individuals declared as nuisance candidates.

00:12He stated that according to the Omnibus Election Code, nuisance candidates are those who seem

00:17to undermine the electoral process or cause confusion.

00:21However, he stressed that candidates with genuine intentions should not be disregarded.

00:27Currently, it's the third day of the Certificate of Candidacy or COC filing for the 2025 midterm

00:33elections which will continue until October 8.
