00:00A bank signboard that had gone viral for its aesthetic quality in Kota Kinabalu

00:05has again made the rounds in social media, but for the wrong reason.

00:09This was after a video clip of a woman allegedly posing nude

00:13in front of the signboard at Jalan Gaya surfaced online.

00:17Kota Kinabalu District Police Chief ACP Kasim Muda said they have yet to receive a report,

00:23but assured that police were looking into the matter.

00:26The signboard became popular among Chinese tourists in August

00:30and went viral after photos of them posing in front of it

00:33on China-based social media platform Xiaohongshu, also known as the Chinese Instagram.

00:40Since then, the signboard has taken a life of its own,

00:43with Malaysians, including prominent figures, taking time to have their photos taken there.
