02:51Today, we expect intense to torrential rains in Batanes, Babuyan Islands and Ilocos Norte.

03:07Moderate to heavy rains 50 to 100 mm in northern portion of Cordillera Administrative Region.
03:15Tomorrow, we expect heavy to intense rains in Batanes and Babuyan Islands and moderate to heavy rains in Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur.
03:25We also expect heavy to intense rains in high and mountainous areas.
03:32So, our countrymen who live in landslides and flood-prone areas should be careful of floods or landslides.

05:01And then, Hulian will pass through the Taiwan area and it is possible that it will emerge,
05:08come out of Taiwan by Wednesday evening or Thursday early morning.
05:12And then, it is possible that Hulian will come out of our Philippine Area of Responsibility by Thursday.
