00:01It's just not a part of me.

00:04You know when you put it in, you can feel how harmful it is.

00:07I just don't see any benefit to it.

00:09It's like much harder to like um fit in with everyone if you're not drinking.

00:12A lot of social media like influences choose a healthy lifestyle.

00:16Have you ever felt kind of negative consequence or like a stigma?

00:20When I'm out and they're like they ask me if I don't drink and I think I'm like yeah I don't

00:23drink and they're like a bit surprised and they look at me like a bit weird.

00:26That that's true I felt that yeah social stigma there is.

00:29Do you have a drink?

00:30No man oh you're too boring.

00:33My friends know that I don't drink so there's not really any pressure.

00:36It's like the opposite of enthusiastic to drink.

00:38Like it's not like people like yes I'm doing it's more like wait you're not drinking you know.

00:42Sometimes I fear of missing out of course.

00:44There's like fashion activities like during the day

00:46which promote like other activities besides drinking.

00:49I'm used to it now.

00:50If I go I don't drink but I'm able to have fun anyways.

00:53I'd say generally drink and do other activities but yeah I'd say people like

00:58are more keen to go to the maybe the bar than a museum.

01:01When you go to the bars and restaurants do you feel there's enough options for you?

01:04Normally when I go to bars that like they have mocktails.

01:08Yeah of course you can just go and drink coke or some other lemonade maybe water.

01:12In the UK it's widely accepted in restaurants they have different varieties of drinks.
