00:07up from 100th in 2014.

00:10This advancement positions it among the top 10 global risers, excelling particularly in

00:16high-tech exports.

00:17IPOPHL Director General Roel Barba credited the rise to effective innovation strategies

00:24and enhanced academic industry partnerships.

00:27The country also improved significantly in the institutions pillar, rising to 65th while

00:34other rankings include 84th in human capital and research, and 60th in creative outputs.
