00:00Since the last decade, the number of small-scale enterprises in the state has been increasing.
00:07Compared to other states, there are a few more companies in Telangana.
00:11Since 2014, the number of small, medium-sized enterprises has increased from 11% to 15% through TA Saipaz.
00:19In 2018, when there were crores of rupees, in 2022, it increased to 2.15 crores.
00:26The Congress government, which recognized that there was no increase in the number of small-scale enterprises in the state compared to other states, took appropriate decisions.
00:37It was found in the survey that the number of medium-sized enterprises is very low.
00:41It was found that 2.9% of the manufacturing sector and 3.5% of the service sector are used.
00:47TA Saipaz, which was introduced by the previous government, recognized that there are ways to make use of only medium-sized companies.
00:56It formed a new policy by encouraging small-scale enterprises.
01:00In the name of Industry 4.0, the government designed it with a clear goal in mind.
01:07We designed the Future City.
01:10We adopted various policies to move forward in life sciences, green pharma, and other activities related to it.
01:21In addition to the Regional Ring Road, we are designing the Outer Ring Road and Regional Ring Road radial roads.
01:27We have decided to develop the trunk infrastructure so that lakhs of acres of agricultural land can be used to grow crops.
01:42In order to facilitate the arrangement of small-scale enterprises, they have made arrangements in a new way.
01:48In this, six things were taken into consideration.
01:51They focused on land, agriculture, agricultural products, commercial activities, innovation, and market education.
02:00Accordingly, the government has been supportive of small-scale enterprises from the time of the organization to the time of the government.
02:08For this purpose, it has specially arranged a high-level inspection committee.
02:13The Minister of Employment, the Chief Executive Officer, the Commissioner of Employment, the Director of Employment, and some representatives of the Employment Department will be present in this committee.
02:20The high-level inspection committee will take the problems of the Employment Department to the government and will identify and implement them in the field.
02:31We have arranged a small team in the industry sector.
02:34They will go to some MSME industrial parks and understand the technologies used by MSMEs.
02:41They will understand their financing and how much technology they are using.
02:48They will study it.
02:49If there is any support from the government, if there are any interventions, MSMEs will flourish.
02:56They will definitely have a chance in the future to reach the top five or the top three or the number one position.
03:05So, a total of 40 types of interventions related to these six fields, six problems, and six sectors have been brought into this policy.
03:17MSME registration is a costly job.
03:21It has become a problem for the owners to increase their employees.
03:25If all this is the same, 40 to 50% of the land will have to be spent for construction.
03:31Due to the high cost of land, forest, and housing, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing many problems.
03:39The MSME registration committee is working to reduce the cost of transportation, provide marketing support, and provide digital support.
03:53Currently, there are about 35 lakhs of small, medium-sized enterprises in the state.
03:59Of these, more than 26 lakhs are small enterprises.
04:02More than 30 lakh people are getting employment.
04:05These are also working in the preparation, service, retail, and wholesale sectors.
04:09There are only up to a thousand medium-sized enterprises.
04:12Through these, more than a lakh people are getting employment.
04:15After that, food preparation, sugarcane, cheque based, engineering, FMCG, textiles, and auto parts are working.
04:24Of the MSMEs, 15% are SCs, 9% are STs, and 28% are BCs.
04:31In the state, when the population of women is 1.88 crores, only 58,000 women are employed.
04:38This is 3.1% compared to the population.
04:41In the new scheme, SCs, STs, and women employees are included in the scheme.
04:48When we presented about the skills in the MSME policy,
04:54we discussed specifically about the skills which can be given to women to come to the workplace, factories, and participate in the workforce.
05:07Apart from this, in some MSMEs,
05:11women are prohibited from being employed.
05:17So, this government is revisiting and analyzing the sectors to remove some limitations.
05:27By removing such limitations, we will get more opportunities to work in other sectors.
05:36In the state GDP, the number of MSMEs increased by 10%.
05:40In the new scheme, the number of small, medium-sized MSMEs will increase by 15%.
05:47This will give employment opportunities.
05:49This will increase the economic growth.
05:51This will improve the communication skills.
05:55The state is waiting for young people to get jobs.
05:58It is impossible for everyone to get government jobs.
06:02The government is planning to increase employment opportunities by 20%.
06:07The government is taking action to include 30% SCs, STs, and women.
