00:00I am the president of the ODOS group, a group of specialized companies that manages shopping centers all over Italy.
00:17We have been on the field for 30 years, and in the particular sector for which we presented ourselves this evening
00:28we wanted to occupy a particular space.
00:32We have always had an energy manager who optimizes consumption and therefore saves, but also saves on environmental costs.
00:43And for three years, now we have concretized it with the ODOS Blue project,
00:50we have imagined contributing to the decarbonization of shopping centers.
00:56It is a problem that is not trivial, in the sense of putting the panel and doing the geothermics,
01:04because in shopping centers there is usually a dichotomy, there is the investor and there is the operator.
01:11The investor should invest and not have returns, because the return should go to the operator.
01:18This seems trivial, but it is fundamental.
01:21We as managers are at the center of this imaginary axis,
01:27and we have facilitated the issue through a series of legal documents,
01:34and we are also directly involved in co-financing or financing the project.
01:39Today we have four shopping centers, three of which are already in progress and two that will be,
01:50and the savings in terms of tons of CO2 in the air are truly robust.
01:56Today we are at 700, but we are proceeding and we would like to do it very concretely.
