00:06it's it's it's not just noise the tone that is set by the head coach matters

00:13it does it's got to matter and you can't so it's noise so it's the stuff with the

00:18stuff with Caleb Williams and the receivers I think that is a something

00:22that doesn't necessarily exist and that could qualify as the kind of noise I'm

00:26talking about and you know it too yeah and I'm sorry but I think that if you

00:29want to look at Matt Eberflew's it's a problem and you want to conclude after

00:33three games that a season that began with such high expectations requires and

00:38demands a the head coach to amplify something that makes clear where the

00:44standards are you're right and that's valid I don't think he's done a good job

00:48of that no I think he's fallen short of that and I know who else has it the

00:52offensive coordinator we talked about it last week I don't know I I cannot

00:57follow the plot with this guy he is not a clear-speaking man well you could get

01:03away with that if your schemes are designed in such a way that you are

01:07outsmarting your opponent then I don't care how he sounds I like the way his

01:11offense looks with the offensive coordinator is I think a lesser there's

01:17there's less focus on what he says on a week-to-week basis your head coach sets

01:22the tone each and every time he opens his mouth he does that on a daily basis

01:27during the NFL season and Matt Eberflew's needs to projects a stronger

01:31message that certain things are accepted and certain certain things aren't he had

01:36his hard-knocks honeymoon it was great all right but it's over and he needs to

01:40be a football coach that talks a little tougher and demands a little more yeah

01:45or he's not gonna be a football or he's not gonna be a coach because you heard

01:48Matt you heard Mike Florio three losses you know you say it yeah three losses

01:52away from prosperity or disaster in the NFL actually true it's exactly and this

01:57could be the third straight loss Sunday well they got two in a row they better

02:00win on Sunday or else and I think that they become the desperate team this week
