00:00We are in Beirut but our travel back here into the Lebanese capital took several hours.
00:06It took us about 11 hours to travel a distance that usually takes an hour and a half.
00:11We left from the town of Tire and we left with our vehicle, with our crew to come to Beirut
00:17and we were stuck in traffic because of the massive exodus.
00:21Thousands and thousands of people all over southern Lebanon were leaving to find shelters
00:26in areas in Beirut and even northern Beirut because of the Israeli airstrikes
00:31that were taking place throughout Monday and in the early mornings of Tuesday.
00:36There was shelling along the road in the towns that were going by
00:40so there was a lot of panic, there was a lot that was happening
00:43but again when those shellings were happening more and more people were flocking to the highway
00:48so we're expecting more and more people to arrive here in the capital of Beirut
00:52trying to find shelter and stay safe.
