00:09So I'm always looking to make mealtime super easy, convenient, and with the least amount
00:15of cleanup.
00:16Who isn't?
00:17But it can also be overwhelming to make a good meal that everyone loves, you know, with
00:19no mess and no stress.
00:21So that's why meal prep is just so important.
00:23I'm going to show you how we took one cooking session and made two proteins in one slow
00:28cooker and prepared a whole week's worth of meals.
00:31It's just a great idea for busy families.
00:33Here we made pulled chicken tacos and tender barbecued pot roast, but you can basically
00:39take any two proteins.
00:41Now not only do I love using the slow cooker because it just allows you to be super versatile,
00:46it's also so effortless and I really love using these Reynolds Kitchen slow cooker liners

00:53Cleanup is just super fast, no soaking or scrubbing required because you're lining the
00:57bowl with these.
00:58So nothing gets dirty but the liner, plus the liners are BPA free, they're heat resistant,

02:34Thursday, you got your pot roast sandwiches, who doesn't love those?
02:37Just toast your favorite buns on a parchment lined sheet pan, pop it right in the oven.
02:42Friday, leftovers.
02:44So basically we made four meals here for five days with these two genius workhorses, Reynolds
