00:00I prefer to shop in the city centre, especially the moor end. Easy parking, tram route into

00:07town, which is close to us, and a lot more variety. And it's got the market as well.

00:17And what about the new developments, you know?

00:19Well, the developments mainly are at the moor end, so that's quite handy for us. And it's

00:26good to get into town. I tend to find I go to the shop, which I need to go for, buy my

00:37goods, and go home.

00:39So why are you here today?

00:42We are looking for a dress for a cruise, and that's the only reason. And if it wasn't raining,

00:49I'd probably be at Clumber Park.

00:51I think town seems to be regenerating nicely. There's a lot of nice areas that are building

00:56up again. It's definitely finding its momentum now. I know there's still areas that are struggling,

01:03or there's things there, I won't say they're struggling, but yeah, it's definitely regenerating.

01:07But as I say, it's hard to navigate now. I mean, I'd rather walk around it than drive,

01:13because it's not the easiest of drives anymore, and everything that used to be there isn't,

01:16in terms of roads. And parking. Parking's always going to be that eternal one, isn't

01:22it? Especially now.
