00:00On the Australian game, you played a tremendous first half and then you probably had the best time?

00:07Yes, the first half was how we don't want to play in any part of the game,

00:14out of possession, in possession, set plays. So it was, let's say now, easy,

00:25at half-time and we switched the mindset just to play with more courage and make more runs in

00:34behind and go more direct to their goal. And this is what the players did really well in the second

00:48because when you always play in your own box and always play back to the keeper. So I think we had

00:52three kicks in our half and we always played back to our keeper. For me, it looked like we were

00:59too cautious, too much scared of whatever. But what's very positive is that the players could

01:06switch their mindset and we showed that we can do it much better in the second half. So at the end,

01:12with the two big chances in the second half, I think the draw is OK. But in the first half,

01:17we needed an unbelievable Dean Henderson goalkeeper who kept us alive.

01:28No, I don't know. I don't know. But it's just how I don't want that we play,

01:34that we're always thinking backwards instead of thinking forward.

01:38And so this gives me confidence that we can change it. But it's our job, all our job,

01:45that we have a different mindset when we start the game, playing forward,

01:49attacking, making pressure, in possession and out of possession.

03:30because we didn't control the centre in the first half. And they always could switch to

03:34their far eight and we had a lot of problems. And this was much better in the second half.

03:51It's clear. They don't want to play like this, I think, but it just happened.

03:56And I just said to them, OK, we can lose a game. You can always lose a game. It's sport,

04:04it's football. But I want that we never lose our personality. Because then we lose twice.

04:15And then it hurts much more than losing a game. And I told them that I had this as a player.

04:26Similar. And then it really hurts the next day, thinking about losing a game and also

04:32if you don't play how you would like to play. And this is what I told them. Go out and show

04:38your character and your personality. And this is what the players really did.

04:43Great. And I know it because I was sitting 19 years in the locker room on the other side.

04:51I couldn't switch so often like they did today against a very good Man Utd team.

04:57I also think we have to mention that they really played well. A lot of power. And then we could see

05:02with their subs, I think they had hundreds of millions on their bench. And then we did it

05:08really well. So compliment for this. And this shows me that the team doesn't want to lose

05:18their personality. And this is confidence. And now we have two weeks of training and we have to use

05:22these weeks of training to get much more clearance in our game. At the moment, it's not that everybody

05:31does the same in and out of possession and everybody does what we want to do in possession.

05:36So we have too many misunderstandings. And this is what we have to start working on now.

05:43When you get the United league here in Turkey, do you expect to be

05:48as remarkable perhaps as on the bench? And were you surprised that he was starting this game?

05:56We thought that he will play, but you have an Argentinian international on the bench

06:02with Canaccio and can bring him in. You have Thiergy, you have Holland, you have Diallo.
