00:00I wanted to ask you, you've had a look at quite a lot of the youngsters,

00:03especially over the international break, quite a lot of the 21s were there.

00:06When you're looking at young players for the first time,

00:09what are the main things that you look for,

00:11the first characteristics or the first abilities?

00:14When you see a young player for the very first time,

00:16what do you look at to go,

00:17right, this kid has got something that could make it?

00:20How quick they are in their mind.

00:22I think this is very helpful when you see,

00:26and it was for me when I saw Sean.

00:30First time when we played a small rondo,

00:34and then I saw how quick he is in the mind

00:37and that he has always a solution before he receives the ball.

00:40This is helpful in which parts he can accelerate the game,

00:44how brave he is on the ball.

00:46That's fantastic to see.

00:48Gap, I was very impressed when I saw him first time,

00:52how he talked and tried to lead a group,

00:57in the back line.

00:59Fantastic, brave on the ball.

01:02And then it's for me,

01:04give them the opportunity in the training,

01:06and then they can deliver over a longer term.

01:12Or after a short term you see,

01:15OK, it's still not enough at the moment,

01:17then it makes no sense,

01:18then he needs more time.

01:20But especially these three guys now,

01:24worked on a good level since a long term.

01:29And that's the reason why they improved,

01:31they made step forwards.

01:32And I think fantastic for Piers at the moment,

01:35he played the cup games,

01:37the national team games,

01:39very helpful for him, for the development.

01:43And I think we have at the moment three players,

01:47they could be our future.
