00:00We've got a
00:28take on Punjabi street food, but we've done our own twist to it. We've got a big Scottish
00:35influence as well as street food coming back from India. So we've got things like haggis
00:41keema on it. We do a masala fish on a Friday. We've got a brunch menu. So we've got quite
00:47a good range. There's the fusion of Scottish and Indian food, which is something I've done
00:56previously. I've got over three decades of experience. But the level we're doing on now
01:00is we're going up a level and this concept is going to be the new big thing. We've had
01:07a lot of customers on the street knocking the door, popping in. When are you opening? What
01:13are you doing? It's just brilliant even just chatting to the locals and just seeing how
01:18excited they are for us to be open. So that itself gives us a joy. And once they taste our
01:26food and served by the best of the best, they will be happy. Flavour is a big thing for us.
01:35All authentic, homemade, everything in-house is made from scratch. Brunsfield, beware,
01:42this is going to be a local favourite for you as well.
