00:00We have a lot of customer base from Blackpool, which they've been demanding us saying, can
00:13you open a store here? Can you open a store here? So we were looking around and we found
00:16a really nice location for us. And we took the plunge earlier this year on requiring
00:23this building and opening the store in Blackpool. We do a heat and eat meal. So basically that
00:29means we have a wide range of dishes from chicken, lamb and vegetables in store. And
00:36what you can do is you can eat in store. If you want to eat in store, we can make it warm
00:39for you or you can take it home and enjoy it in your own comfort of your own home.
00:47So far it's been a really good start. A lot of our customers that do come to Preston store
00:51and other stores that do come to, they have come already in store and they've said, oh,
00:55we're so happy that you've opened up now. And we're really excited to come and try your
01:01food from there. So yeah, so we have it all cooked in house. We have a unit where we cook
01:06everything in house. It's all authentic family recipes. Our father, mom, dad, their recipes
01:13passed down to our generation to us. And we're using them same recipes. Can we do Mr. And
01:18Mrs. Muchi? So you've got the surname, but not the first name. Is that okay? We want
01:22to keep that private, confidential for us so that nobody obviously uses. Yeah. Yeah.
01:30So obviously they've been passed down generations. Our father, our mother have done cooking and
01:35then we've took that recipe and we've took, we've obviously integrated it into our business
01:40and we've obviously built it as a family value tradition business. Yeah. Yeah. So our father
01:47was a wedding chef. Our mother used to cook from home to people in the area. At that time
01:51there was a lot of massive Muslim community. So she used to cook for a lot of people in
01:56the area. And like from that, that's how our name became and like we took our, made a future
02:02of it. You get what I mean? What's the eating been good for? Not impressed. Not in Blackpool,
02:07not yet. Obviously we just opened up. Hopefully we are looking forward to, for the person
02:13to come across and we'll always get a five star hopefully. Obviously we want to get it
02:18nationwide. Our plan is in the long term, run it as a family business, get it nationwide.
02:22And then if we wanted to, we could always franchise and push our board out on other
02:30people coming into the business. Yeah. That's a long term. Currently at the moment, no,
02:39we want to concentrate on Blackpool. We want to see how Blackpool goes because this is this
02:43main period of time for Blackpool, the summer period where you get a lot of people coming
02:47through the doors. So right now, currently moment in time, we're not laying any secrets
02:52out where we're opening. But yeah, so right now we're just doing Blackpool for now and
02:57we'll see how it goes. Yeah. So obviously it's just a challenge, isn't it? So we're
03:03taking each challenge as it comes. And now obviously we've settled for Lancaster, we've
03:07settled Kendall, we've settled Preston. Now this is our new challenge. Obviously we don't
03:11rush into other challenges as far ago as opening five, six stores at once, whereas big companies
03:17do. What we do is we like to integrate ourselves first into the business, put ourselves first,
03:23foremost to all the customers and show them what we are as a family. Yeah, we have core
03:27values. We want to be part of a community of each town and each city and show that we
03:33are part of you. So for example, in Lancaster, we've shown that we during COVID, we helped
03:39a lot of hospitals, a lot of nurses, a lot of doctors, a lot of homeless people to get
03:44through that period of time. Obviously we went to the hospitals, we fed them, we give
03:50them everything what we needed. And same in Preston, we help a lot of homeless community,
03:55a lot of people in that area and like in Kendall also. So obviously we want to be part and
04:00we want to help each community thrive. Does that make sense? So if we're going to thrive,
04:04we want other people around us to thrive as well with their businesses.
04:08Can you tell me a little bit more about working with hospitals?
04:13Yeah, so like, for example, in COVID, a lot of hospitals were overstaffed. Yeah, sorry,
04:18overpatients, less understaffed. They were working really hard at that moment in time
04:23and they weren't getting their time, lunches on breaks on time. And because we had a nice
04:28community of nurses and doctors that were supporting us before COVID, they got out to
04:33us, they touched us and they said, listen, we need help. So for that reason, we took
04:37it further and we went out of our way and we delivered to them at the hospital, at the
04:41gates for them to get food.
04:43Yeah, yeah.
04:44You get what I mean?
04:45How about in Preston?
04:46So obviously we weren't open at time in Preston for COVID, but right now we are helping soup
04:50kitchens, a lot of people in the area of Preston with food when they need it, obviously with
04:55their local suppliers.
