00:00Sam a bit of a manager's dream, he just strikes me as that young lad who will run all day for you, but quality as well?

00:05Yes, we've been really pleased with Sam in terms of how he's responded when we've come in the door.

00:11Yes, and usually when you watch games back and you watch training back, he's involved in a lot of good things for us in terms of

00:21whether it's a chance, whether it's an effort on goal, whether it's energy to win the ball back.

00:27Probably if you totted them all up, Sam would be somewhere in the top three of each of those.

00:30You know what I mean? He is that type of player, so we want to get more out of him.

00:36We want him to understand that that's what it brings.

00:39And then, as he is, he loves working on every part of his game on the training ground.

00:44So then just working on the end product, the consistency and being even better when he does have the ball.
