00:04appeal scheduled for tomorrow. 3 30 in front of Judge Carter, the district

00:09judge assigned to this case. Um, I think that we made the points that we've

00:14been wanting to make. I think he came out. Mr Combs is a fighter. He's gonna

00:19fight this to the end. He's innocent. He came to New York to establish his

00:23innocence. He's not afraid. He's not afraid of the charges. There's nothing

00:27that the government said in their presentation today that changes anyone's

00:32mind about anything. He's been looking forward to this day. He's been looking

00:37forward to clearing his name, and he's gonna clear his name on. We're gonna

00:41stand by his side as as he does. We believe in him wholeheartedly. He

00:46didn't do these things. This was a 10 year relationship. There's no coercion.

00:50There's no crime. There's basically just, you know, someone who brought a

00:55civil case and now, uh, is finding themselves as a witness in a criminal

01:00case. And we're gonna fight this case with everything we have, as is he. And

01:05eventually he's gonna be shown to be innocent. Um, and so tomorrow we fight

01:10again and we fight. We'll fight every day until we don't have to fight

01:14anymore.
