00:06The time now is September 16, 2024.

00:11In our latest satellite images, we can see three major weather systems that are affecting our country.

00:17The southwest monsoon, particularly here in the northern part of our province.

00:22We have a low-pressure area in the northeast of Northern Luzon.

00:27We also have a typhoon that is outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility with an international name, Pulasan.

00:33Let's start with the low-pressure area that is located 400 km east of Tuguegarao City in Cagayan

00:41or 385 km northeast of Casiguran in Aurora.

00:46Today, there is a high chance of a typhoon in this low-pressure area in the east of Tuguegarao.

00:53We have to be very careful especially here in Cagayan Valley Region.

00:57If there is a typhoon, this low-pressure area will receive a tropical second wind signal,

01:03particularly in this part of Cagayan Valley Region.

01:07Let's hope that today, there will be a high chance of rain, especially in the area of Northern Luzon.

01:12This is the area of Cagayan Valley with this part of Aurora.

01:15There is also a chance of a typhoon in this low-pressure area.

01:26Next, we have a typhoon that is outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility with an international name, Pulasan.

05:45A large part of Mindanao will experience a cloudy sky with heavy rains.

06:01The temperature in Zamboanga is 26 to 30 degrees Celsius.

06:04In Cagayan de Oro, it is 26 to 31 degrees Celsius.
